Terri has been the Property Manager in recent times for our tenanted property in Halls Head. We recently put the property on the market and once the tenants vacated we had to carry out quite a few jobs in order to present it satisfactorily. During this time Terri was extremely helpful in organising quotes and lining up the relevant trades to carry out the work. Have been interested in a property listed by an agent from here for 2 weeks now. Sent Domain, REA, website direct and Facebook messages with some specific questions on the property I am interested in potentially purchasing. Finally get a response nearly 2 weeks on with generic home open dates with no answers to my queries. Genuinely feel sorry for the owners who I’m sure are very keen to sell their home and it looks to have been on the market for 4+ months now.

For 12 months ending in June 2023I was a tenant of a Professional's property.During that time I had three property managers, Jade being the third.Despite the the Property manager's client being landlord and not the tenant, Jade assisted me to be refunded a rental over-payment, and also assisted me to be refunded all my bond when I vacated the property and presumably leaving it in a condition which satisfied both Jade and the landlord.I found Jade to be straightforward, honest, matter of fact and reasonable.Thank you Jade.

For any property issues that arose, they were only an email or phone call away and where possible, the issue was rectified as soon as was able.
